This 45 min class will give you a sample of the art of the dance.
You will be learning basic movements and isolations (range of motion movements of joints) used in the dance.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, but not too loose. (no floppy t-shirts) Some people like to wear leggings and tank tops or something similar.
