Students register for ongoing classes per month. (Dance)
Monthly fee is $55.00 (per month)
(one class per week, each class lasting 45 min),
Students who sign up for Auto Pay will receive an additional $5.00 discount
Single classes are $20.00 per class.
(Single classes not available for Level I classes.)
Workshops and Seminars are individually priced and dates are indicated on enrollment page

Class Descriptions
Introduction to BellyDance - Level I
Introduction to BellyDance - Level I - Introduction to BellyDance is for students who have not studied BellyDance or for those who have been out of the dance for a while and are re-entering classes. Emphasis is on learning basic isolations, posture and beginning combinations.
Once students master the skills level in this class they will transfer to a Level II class.
Once students master the skills level in this class they will transfer to a Level II class.
BellyDance Level II
BellyDance - Level II - students who have had at least 3 months of Level I classes, are proficient in the basic isolations and beginner combinations and choreographies. Performance opportunities are available.
Students should start attending beginning costuming classes.
*Teachers may recommend students into this class based on their technique knowledge and willingness to be promoted to a higher level class.

BellyDance - Level III
BellyDance - Level III - Dancers should have a working knowledge of basic isolations, combinations and basic choreographies. This level will start introducing props in their choregraphies and working in more intricate patters on dance with groups including mini solo's as designated by their instructor. Advance costuming is required.

Troupe Class - Level IV
Troupe Class - Level IV - Emphasis on performance Dancers are required to have a solid understanding of basic isolations, movement steps, spins and turns, understanding of Middle Eastern Rhythms, time signatures, and use of a variety of props. They must be able to learn choreographies quickly and dance in harmony with their fellow troupe members. Technical expertise is required and ongoing BellyDance education is expected.

American Tribal Style® (ATS®)
American Tribal Style® (ATS®)
In this class you will learn the basics of FatChanceBellyDance® style ATS®, or American Tribal Style® bellydance, the synchronized group improvisation that started it all. Based on the idea of creating a universal dance vocabulary, so dancers around the world could dance together despite language barriers, Carolena Nerriccio of San Francisco, CA created a system of steps and coordinating cues. Through these cues a dancer who is designated as the leader can communicate to the rest of the group, the followers and the chorus, to create a spur-of-the-moment one-of-a-kind dance. This class will not only help you build self-confidence but strengthen the bond between dancers & sisters, open to all levels.

Cardio BellyDance Drills
Cardio BellyDance Drills
Pop it, lock it, lift it, drop it! Get ready to kick your dancing into overdrive with this cardio bellydance drills class built to increase stamina, technique, and work up a sweat. This class will start with a warm up designed to get your heart rate up and ready to move,then segway into traveling and stationary drills that work your body and your brain, and end with a cool down to ease you back into your day. Nothing is off limits! Think 5 minute shimmies, lots of layers and long continuous repetitions. Inspired by the high octane, brain teasing drills found in dance intensives you will leave this class with a sense of accomplishment, a larger movement vocabulary, a sweat and a smile. no weights or mats needed, but a hand towel is recommended.
All levels welcome as individuals can tailor each drill to fit their desired difficulty level.

Stretch and Strengthen your body with this Level I yoga class that uses basic postures, or asanas, in combination with breathing to help increase flexibility and promote relaxation. Each class will feature a full series of movements to encourage proper body alignment, balance, and strength. This class is a combination of sustained stretches and flow, pulling in the best of both worlds to create a satisfying experience for all. The use of blocks and movement modifications is encouraged to protect the body while still allowing each student to anticipate and strive for their highest potential. Yoga has been used for thousands of years as a means of both mental and physical exercise, after only a couple of classes you will see why it has stayed popular all this time.**
