Thank you for your continued support of me and the studio. We have regrouped with regards to our marketing and communication process as you learned in the former email.
As a results of cost containment, we have stopped using Constant Contact for our communications and newsletter and they can now be found here on the website. Once a new newsletter has been added, you will receive an email alerting you that the information has been posed on the website.
The previous content will be archived and still be available for a few months after its published date.
Thank you to those that responded to the survey regarding returning to live class in January. It appears that we do not have enough people interested in returning to live class at this time. We do have a few that are interested in Zoom/live classes. If we get enough interest (with the next survey) we will start using Zoom for the classes starting in January.
Thank you again for your love of the dance. I hope everyone has a happy and rewarding holiday season and I hope to see you soon in a live or Zoom class.

Stress relief tactics
Any form of physical activity can act as a stress reliever. Even if you're not a Dancer or you're out of shape, exercise can still be a good stress reliever for anyone.
Physical activity helps release endorphins, (enzymes that make you feel good) and other natural chemicals that enhance a sense of well-being.
Focusing on exercise helps your mind pay attention to your body's movements--so you can get that chest circle just right and hitting all 4 corners-- This will help with improving your mood and the irritations you were having will seem not so gigantic as before.
You know you love the music (BellyDance or any other). Just put it on and let your self Dance! Nobody's watching...have fun!
