Dancing in the Sultans Garden – GALA BellyDance Show

Date: Saturday, May 5, 2018 – 7:00pm (doors open for show 6:30pm)
 
Dress Rehearsal: Friday, May 4, 2018 – 7:00pm
 
Performance fee due:  May 1:  $20 per person
 
Tickets: $15.00 per person available at studio on online at American BellyDance.com
 
Raffle baskets:  This year we will be raffling off multiple baskets during the last third of the show.
                          Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00
                             Dancers may purchase tickets before the show (see Kadayif or Rochelle/Auzha) and
                               Please encourage your supports to purchase tickets as well.  We will have lots of good
                               Items available.
 
Video and Still shots will be taken of the show and we will have a video night in June to review the show
                             DVD’s will be made available for purchse.
 
Photo Shoot:  Week following GALA (May 7-9) we will do a photo shoot during your regular scheduled class.
                          Dancers who did not perform in GALA may still come for the photo shoots.
                          Please discuss with your instructor regarding class vs photo shoot if your class did not perform
                         
                          You may leave your costumes etc in Room 2 after the performance --until your regular class
                          During regular class we will be taking group and individual shots with 3 backgrounds
                          Please try to arrive and be ready for photos by your designated class time
                          Individual shots will be limited to 2 costume changes.
 
                        Individual photo CD’s will be make available to the dancers if desired for $25.00 each.
                          Photos may be printed and/or used in publications –
                                  (with proper credit given to photographer-Kadayif)
 
Water bottles will be provided in the dressing rooms for the dancers.
 
NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN DRESSING ROOM PER PERFORMACE BOOKLET INSTUCTIONS.
 
After party will be held at The Village Inn on Hwy 54 in Land O’ Lakes.  Please RSVP with Kadayif if you plan on attending.  (please RSVP prior to May 1—email or text please)
 
All solo music must be to Kadayif by April 30th.  If I don’t have your music…you don’t dance…sorry!
